The FBI requires a permanent personal email address (Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, etc.). ❌ NO Business, Corporate, or Organization emails allowed.
You must provide a physical U.S. home address for federal records and secure document return. ❌ NO P.O. Boxes or Virtual Mailboxes allowed.
Important: Submitting a work email or a P.O. Box will result in an immediate rejection of your application by the Federal Clearinghouse. Please double-check your entries before proceeding.

Your Social Security Number (SSN) is required to ensure accurate matching within the Federal Bureau of Investigation Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS).
Federal filing fees for FBI, FINRA, and ATF are Non-Refundable once submitted. If your data (SSN, Name, or Date of Birth) contains errors, the federal clearinghouse will reject the submission. This results in immediate forfeiture of all fees and will require a full repayment and a new set of fingerprints to restart the process.
