The FDLE requires a physical fingerprint card for all expungement petitions.
Per FL Statutes, your "Application for Certificate of Eligibility" must be notarized.
You must obtain certified copies of your court records for each case you wish to seal.
To save time, we provide On-Site Notary Services and Biometric Archiving. We recommend archiving your prints in case your application is returned for corrections or you apply for multiple record sealings.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE: All fingerprints for Expunction and Sealing are captured in accordance with Florida Statutes § 943.0585 & § 943.059. Applicants are authorized to use the FD-258 Hard Card format for submission to the FDLE.

You must provide your current legal citizenship at the time of application. All physical descriptions (Height, Weight, Eye Color) are mandatory fields for biometric record matching.
These data points are strictly mandated by the FBI, FDLE, FINRA, ATF, and all Florida State Agencies (DBPR, AHCA, DOH, DCF). We do not collect information beyond what is required by these regulatory bodies to process your background clearance.

In accordance with FBI CJIS Security Policy, FINRA Rule 3110(e), and ATF (NFA/GCA) regulations, all fingerprint submissions must be accompanied by verified identity data. Your Social Security Number (SSN) is required to ensure accurate matching within the Federal Bureau of Investigation Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS).
Federal filing fees for FBI, FINRA, and ATF are Non-Refundable once submitted. If your data (SSN, Name, or Date of Birth) contains errors, the federal clearinghouse will reject the submission. This results in immediate forfeiture of all fees and will require a full repayment and a new set of fingerprints to restart the process.
