Welcome and thank you for choosing Miami Beach Livescan Fingerprinting for your professional needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for your organization, please review the following policies and instructions for managing your corporate account.
Account Creation: Upon successful payment for your service package, a dedicated corporate account will be established for your organization.
Administrator Link: The designated account administrator will receive a unique scheduling link. This link is to be distributed to your applicants.
Applicant Information & Scheduling: Applicants will use this link to input their required personal information and to select their preferred service method:
Administrator Control: To maintain clear communication and control, all rescheduling and cancellation requests must be handled directly by the corporate account administrator.
Applicant Inquiries: Individual applicants should reach out to their administrator to request any changes to their schedules.
Our cancellation policies are standard for all corporate accounts. We have established these procedures to ensure we can provide timely and reliable service to all our valued partners.
Mobile Service No-Show Policy: If our technician is dispatched to the agreed-upon location for a mobile fingerprinting service and the scheduled applicant does not appear (is a "no-show") without prior notice, the fee for that mobile service visit is non-refundable.
Service Completion for a No-Show: To ensure the service is fulfilled, applicants with missed mobile appointments will have a one-time option to visit any of our physical office locations to have their fingerprints taken at no additional charge.
*The account administrator is responsible for contacting us to schedule this new in-office appointment for their applicant.

An ORI Number is a 9-character code (e.g., EDOH2014Z) that ensures your background results reach the correct state agency.
Incorrect codes result in total loss of funds. Re-fingerprinting at your own expense is required if the wrong ORI is provided.

**Important Notice Regarding Fingerprinting Services**
Please Read: Your name MUST match the same name entered for your licensing, or you will delay the licensing procedure. DBPR and all Florida licensing agencies may also deny your fingerprints. If you enter a different name from the name submitted during fingerprinting, Miami Beach LivesScan Fingerprinting is not responsible for your application being denied or delayed. Miami Beach Livescan Fingerprinting is also not responsible for any fees incurred for any licensing resubmissions.
Please be informed that all fingerprinting services are non-refundable. It is crucial to verify your Florida Ori Code (Agency Code) with your employer or licensing agency, as well as your Finra Broker Company and ATF Eform number. Inputting incorrect data may necessitate redoing your service. We strongly urge you to double-check all the information provided to ensure accuracy and prevent any inconvenience. Your attention to these details is appreciated.
