1️⃣ Account Setup & Scheduling Process
Account Creation: Upon successful payment for your service package, a dedicated corporate account will be established for your organization.
Administrator Link: The designated account administrator will receive a unique scheduling link. This link is to be distributed to your applicants.
Applicant Information & Scheduling: Applicants will use this link to input their required personal information and to select their preferred service method:
- Mobile Service: An on-site visit at your location.
- In-Office Visit: An appointment at one of our office locations.
2️⃣ Appointment Management
Administrator Control: To maintain clear communication and control, all rescheduling and cancellation requests must be handled directly by the corporate account administrator.
Applicant Inquiries: Individual applicants should reach out to their administrator to request any changes to their schedules.
3️⃣ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Our cancellation policies are standard for all corporate accounts. We have established these procedures to ensure we can provide timely and reliable service to all our valued partners.
Mobile Service No-Show Policy: If our technician is dispatched to the agreed-upon location for a mobile fingerprinting service and the scheduled applicant does not appear (is a "no-show") without prior notice, the fee for that mobile service visit is non-refundable.
Service Completion for a No-Show: To ensure the service is fulfilled, applicants with missed mobile appointments will have a one-time option to visit any of our physical office locations to have their fingerprints taken at no additional charge.
*The account administrator is responsible for contacting us to schedule this new in-office appointment for their applicant.
