FBI Channeling is a non-refundable service. If your fingerprints are rejected; please contact us immediately. In the event of a rejection, we will allow one free resubmission of your fingerprints to the FBI. If your second set of fingerprints is rejected, you will need to pay for a third submission. A rejection of your fingerprints that is considered by FBI result (i.e. bad prints, illegible prints) does not make you eligible for a refund. FINRA submissions are Non-Refundable Fingerprint Cards and Service is Non-Refundable FDLE Livescan Submissions are Non-Refundable Service Capture & Archiving is A Non-Refundable Service. ATF Livescan Service is a non-refundable service.

The "Transaction Status" is only related to the processing within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). There may be additional processing time within the organization requiring the criminal history check. Important Information Regarding Miami Beach LiveScan Fingerprinting and FDLE Submissions At Miami Beach LiveScan Fingerprinting, we prioritize the privacy and security of your personal data. We want to inform you about our policies and procedures related to FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) livescan re-submissions, errors with ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) codes, and transaction status. 1. Personal Data Retention: We want to assure you that Miami Beach LiveScan Fingerprinting does not retain any personal data for FDLE livescan re-submissions. Once your fingerprints have been processed and submitted to FDLE, we do not keep any record of your personal information beyond six months or when you file is completed by the agency; which ever occurs first. This ensures your privacy and protects your sensitive data. 2. ORI Code Errors: In the event that there is an error with your ORI code during the livescan process, please contact us immediately. Please email us at : support@miamibeachfingerptinting.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. However, please note that a re-submission fee may apply, as additional processing is required for correcting ORI code errors. 3. FDLE Transaction Status: It's important to be aware that FDLE does not retain access to transaction status online beyond a period of 6 months. Similarly, Miami Beach LiveScan Fingerprinting does not have access to transaction status information after 6 months. Therefore, it is crucial for clients to stay proactive and ensure timely communication with the agency. 4. Time Limit for Response: If the agency has not received information from the client within the 6-month period, it is necessary for the client to reapply for licensing and employment. This includes redoing the fingerprint submission process. By doing so, you can ensure that the agency receives the required information within the appropriate timeframe. It's important to note that this will result in additional processing time. While the fee for the service is non-refundable, we will redo the entire process for you. Fingerprinting Archive Service Disclosure

Miami Beach Livescan Fingerprinting offers an archiving service for clients' fingerprint cards, ensuring the storage and preservation of their files for a specified period. Clients have the flexibility to choose the timeframe for which their files will be maintained in our database. It is important to note that clients are responsible for renewing their archive file 30 days prior to the expiration date. Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in the deletion of the file from our database. To ensure continuous access to their archived fingerprint cards, clients can conveniently renew the fingerprint archiving service at any time before the expiration date.
