Restrictive Scheduling

Admin-Controlled: The account administrator is strictly responsible for scheduling all appointments for their group or employees.
Streamlined Billing: Ideal for highly managed teams requiring centralized booking coordination.

Flexible Scheduling

Client Booking: The administrator prepays the account, allowing individual clients/employees to schedule their own visits.
Location Limits: Clients may only visit the Miami Beach or Wynwood locations. Clients cannot request mobile services.
Policy Enforcement: Clients are strictly bound to standard canceling and rescheduling policies.

What Happens Next?

Once your account is requested and approved, the administrator will receive a custom booking link to send to their clients or employees.

If Restrictive:

The client will use the link to securely enter their personal information only. The administrator will then go in and officially schedule the date and time for the service.

If Flexible:

The administrator prepays for the service. The client will use the link to enter their information AND schedule their own appointment time at either the Miami Beach or Wynwood location.

🚐 Note Regarding Mobile Services: Mobile fingerprinting services (we come to you) are ONLY available for Restrictive accounts booking a group fingerprinting session at a single location at the same time.

How many employees require live scan fingerprinting?

Please provide your Florida Originating Agency Identification (ORI) number from your employer or licensing agency. This number is required to process your fingerprints. Example: EDCFGN10z (DCF General) Please note you are required to take a photo with your fingerprints , we will take your photo.

Please Read: Your name MUST match the same name entered for your licensing, or you will delay the licensing procedure. DBPR and all Florida licensing agencies may also deny your fingerprints. If you enter a different name from the name submitted during fingerprinting, Miami Beach LivesScan Fingerprinting is not responsible for your application being denied or delayed. Miami Beach Livescan Fingerprinting is also not responsible for any fees incurred for any licensing resubmissions.

Please be informed that all fingerprinting services are non-refundable. It is crucial to verify your Florida Ori Code (Agency Code) with your employer or licensing agency, as well as your Finra Broker Company and ATF Eform number. Inputting incorrect data may necessitate redoing your service. We strongly urge you to double-check all the information provided to ensure accuracy and prevent any inconvenience.
