Please note that all Florida Livescan Agencies have 30 days from the date your file is submitted by law enforcement agencies to process your files. We do not have any control over your file once it has been submitted to the agencies. We cannot modify or change your name if you have incorrectly submitted the wrong name on your application. Please contact the Florida licensing agencies to rectify this issue. For FBI Apostille and FBI fingerprint submissions, you must use a personal email address, or the FBI will reject or not send your results. The email must include your name. The processing time for FBI Apostille is 4-5 weeks from the date you receive your FBI Background Check. Please review the FBI Apostille Acknowledgement for your estimated completion date.
